Our offerings encompass a rich array of educational resources, ranging from original video content to both live and virtual workshops, designed to alleviate anxiety and foster a culture of mindfulness and compassion within educational environments. Through these tailored resources, The Awareness & Compassion Project aims to equip young minds with the skills necessary to navigate life's challenges with resilience and empathy.

I found meditation in 2016 and it transformed my life completely.
Based in Austin, Texas, I am the CEO and Co-Founder of The Awareness & Compassion Project, a humble effort to help kids learn to meditate.
